At Heart in Hand, we’ve developed our signature HEART Program — a carefully designed approach grounded in leading, evidence-based teaching methodologies. It’s created to support children with autism and other developmental needs in developing meaningful skills and reaching their full potential.

We believe there is no such thing as a “one-size-fits-all” program. Every child we work with receives a fully individualised plan, tailored to their unique strengths, needs, and pace of development. Our programs span a wide range of developmental areas, ensuring well-rounded growth across communication, behaviour, social skills, and independence.
Progress is continuously and carefully tracked during each session. As your child reaches new milestones, their program evolves with them—ensuring it remains responsive, effective, and aligned with their ongoing development.

Who Can Benefit from 1:1 Support?
Our program is designed for children aged 2 to 14 years who may benefit from personalised guidance and structured support, including:
